Alex Campbell is an ADHD specialist, BACP psychotherapist, ICF coach, and MHFA instructor. He dedicates his life to helping others understand and thrive with neurodiversity. His portfolio career spans film & television, international business development and non-profit operations.

A proud father and a husband to a beautiful Kiwi, Alex understands the importance of family and belonging. He’s constantly aware of not being present and working on the ‘power of the pause’ to gain true insight and focus in order to be successful - whether that’s helping a business in crisis, inspiring a client, or changing his daughter’s 'poonami' of a nappy!
